Roll-forming, robotic welding and automatic powder coating on our own lines in Dongtai. Production photos and progress updates throughout.
Trial assembly & QC
Critical bays are trial-assembled in the factory before packing. Containers are loaded in erection order with bay-labelled bundles — loading plan shared before shipment.
Installation & acceptance
JISE overseas crews install or supervise local teams. Handover includes as-built drawings, capacity tables and load signage — the file your annual auditor will ask for.
