Storage & transport — sized to the rack
Steel pallets
Two-way and four-way entry, single or double faced, galvanized or powder-coated. Typical formats 1200×1000 / 1200×800 / 48″×40″, rated 1–3 t — sized to your racking and conveyor interface. The standard answer for cold store, food and pharma where timber is a contamination risk.
Plastic pallets
Injection-moulded HDPE pallets in nine-feet, three-runner and full-perimeter designs — rackable, stackable and conveyor-compatible. Washable, ISPM-15 exempt for export, and immune to moisture in cold store and food environments.
Wire mesh cages
Collapsible and rigid storage cages, stackable, with half-drop gates. Standard footprints around 800×600 and 1000×800 mm — the workhorse for parts, returns and e-commerce sortation buffer.
Stacking racks
Demountable post pallets for seasonal and bulky goods — stack loaded units 3–4 high with no fixed racking, then knock the frames down flat for the return trip. Built to order in project quantities.
Steel tote boxes
Rigid steel tote boxes and stillages for small parts and work-in-progress — stackable, with fork guides and lifting points, powder-coated to match your plant coding.
Plastic parts bins
Stackable parts bins, shelf bins and attached-lid containers on the standard 300/400/600 mm modular system — for pick faces, work cells and tote-flow buffer, colour-coded on request.

Roll containers
Nestable roll cages and logistics trolleys for store replenishment, parcel sortation and returns — two-, three- and four-sided formats with hinged or demountable gates.
Mobile safety ladders
Rolling warehouse ladders and order-picking platforms — spring-loaded castors that lock under load, full handrails and anti-slip treads, for safe access to high pick faces without a forklift.
Platform trolleys & pallet trucks
Deck platform trolleys and 2–3 t hand pallet trucks — the everyday handling fleet, consolidated into the same containers so your warehouse is operational the day the racking goes up.
Rack protection
Upright protectors, frame guards, end-of-aisle barriers and guide rails — JISE holds utility patents in rack-protection design. In AGV/AMR warehouses, protection detailing is part of the robot interface, not an afterthought.
