Four-Way Shuttle Racking System
Fully automated high-density pallet storage: omnidirectional shuttles, lifts and racking engineered as one structure.
Understand the engineering: read the four-way shuttle system guide →
Configuration scope: JISE supplies the complete structural system — upright frames, bi-directional lane rails, guides and bracing — engineered to FEM 10.2.19 and roll-formed from Baosteel feedstock with 60-80 µm electrostatic powder coating; galvanized finishes are available for chilled and deep-freeze stores.
Interface engineering: rail profiles, clearances and lane tolerances are co-engineered with your shuttle supplier from documented interface data, so shuttles from any qualified brand run at rated speed from commissioning day. JISE can also deliver the complete system — shuttles, vertical lifts, conveyors and WCS integration — as one contract.
Selection guide: four-way shuttle fits dense pallet storage from 2,000-position pilot blocks to 50,000+ position mega-sites, ambient to deep-freeze. For tote and carton automation, see multi-level shuttle racking; for semi-automated deep-lane storage on a tighter budget, see radio shuttle racking. System layout, five-layer architecture and engineering rationale are covered in the four-way shuttle system guide, and project budgets in the shuttle racking cost breakdown.
